Nowsaday, Facebook or blog all these personal networking site are so popular. I do know that some company check on your personal profile at Facebook or blog before recruite you to be part of the company. But is it a good idea to add your colleagues, especially your boss to be your friend in Facebook? Well, look at the following example....
