Receive this complaint from someone who works for a semiconductor electronic firm in Singapore.
They have 18 days of annual leave, but there is an annoucment that they need to clear 13 days of leave by Q1 and another 13 days by Q2.
13 + 13 = 26, this is 8 days extra than the annual leave. So if you do not have any leave bring over from last year, you got to take unpaid leave.
And lets not forget, this is just Q1 and Q2, that is first half of 2009 only. How about the second half?
Oh my godness, hope this won't happen to me.
