I started a poll on "How much is your increment 2009", I received 172 votes so far. Well, nearly half of the people receive in increment if not pay cut. However, there are always some lucky guys (in fact not some, quite a lot, as 20%, that is 1/5), receive more than 6% increment (mainly more than 8%). Maybe I am too childish, should put the range wider, then see what is the higher range. So sad, why I am not in that range.

0% : 83 (48%)
less than 2% : 12 (6%)
less than 4% : 15 (8%)
less than 6% : 3 (1%)
less than 8% : 3 (1%)
more than 8% : 28 (16%)
